The recruiting CRM that does the legwork.
Jellie keeps your candidates, jobs and clients in one place, then puts agents to work on them: tagging every profile, watching your clients' careers pages, and finding the hiring manager for your strongest people.
Jellie is a recruiting CRM for agencies and hiring teams. It holds your candidates, jobs, clients and pipeline, and runs agents that keep all of it current without being asked.

Bring everyone in
Add candidates by hand, source new ones against a job's requirements, or let them apply through your careers page. Everyone lands in one searchable database.

Let the agents work
Automated tags read every profile. Monitoring re-reads your clients' careers pages. MPC looks for open roles that suit your most placeable candidates.

Act on what they find
A new role at a client becomes a job in a click. A lead arrives with its hiring manager, ready to save to Contacts. Candidates move through a pipeline you define.
Questions it answers
The things you would otherwise find out by hand.
Candidates
- Who in my database has robotics experience?
- Which of my candidates fit this job?
- Where did this month's candidates come from?
Clients
- Did any client open a role today?
- Which roles closed since last week?
- Who is hiring for this role at that company?
Pipeline
- Where does every candidate stand right now?
- Which jobs are open, and how full is each?
- What did the agents do overnight?
Most CRMs wait for you to type. This one goes and looks.
A database is only as current as the last time someone updated it. Jellie's agents keep it moving between your visits.
- Spreadsheets
- Fine for twenty candidates. Not for two thousand.
- A traditional ATS
- Stores what you enter. Finds nothing on its own.
- Job alerts
- Every job on earth, none tied to your candidates
- Jellie
- Your people, your clients, and agents working between them.
Agents that work on a timer
Monitoring re-reads the careers pages you track about every six hours. MPC runs daily, weekly or monthly for each candidate you put forward. Automated tags check every new or changed profile. One page shows what each is working on, when it runs next and what it found.

Who is Jellie for?
Recruiting agencies and hiring teams that keep a database of candidates and work with client companies.
What are agents?
Work that runs on a schedule without being asked: Monitoring, MPC and automated tags. Each can be paused, and the Agents page shows what they are doing and what they found.
What does Monitoring track?
The careers pages of companies you choose. It records every role that opens or closes, and a tracked role can be imported as a job linked to that client.
What is MPC?
Most placeable candidate. Pick a strong candidate and say what they are looking for. Jellie looks for open roles that fit, at the companies you track and on LinkedIn, and finds the hiring manager for each one.
How do automated tags work?
Describe a kind of candidate in a sentence. Everyone the description is true of is tagged, including people added later. Tags you add or remove by hand are left alone.
Can candidates apply directly?
Yes. Your company gets a public careers page listing its open jobs, and each application lands in that job's pipeline.
